The first half of the film offers a balanced mix of entertainment, pain, powerful dialogues, and drama. Dhanush’s entry sequence, his proposal scene with Kriti Sanon, and the interval block are all standout moments. These scenes are crafted to perfection and will be immensely loved by mass audiences.

Dhanush’s performance takes the film’s emotional impact to an entirely different level. In intense drama, there is hardly anyone in the country who can match him  and he proves this once again with his phenomenal acting in Tere Ishk Mein. There are moments where he compels you to clap, because of how effortlessly he brings raw emotion to the screen.

The second half is equally impressive  in fact, even more emotional and intense than the first. The drama becomes heavier, the stakes get deeper, and the storytelling hits harder. The climax is powerful and leaves a lasting effect.

Kriti Sanon delivers one of the strongest performances of her career. Scene after scene, she matches an actor as brilliant as Dhanush, which is no small feat. Her emotional moments are exceptional,   she brings both strength and vulnerability to her character with remarkable depth. The chemistry between Dhanush and Kriti is beautiful and genuinely engaging; you feel every emotion they project.

Aanand L. Rai’s direction is top-notch. After almost a decade, he returns to the magic he showcased in films like Tanu Weds Manu and Raanjhanaa. He presents a love story that is intense, entertaining, heartbreaking, and refreshingly unique , a film that speaks equally to both masses and classes. Tere Ishk Mein is filled with high-drama scenes that pierce the heart, supported by dialogues that settle deep inside the chest. For those who believe in one-sided, all-consuming love, this film feels like a gift. Writer Himanshu Sharma deserves special praise for his gripping story and beautifully crafted dialogues.

A.R. Rahman’s music is wonderful , a slow poison that will grow even more popular after release, gaining depth and charm with time. His background score elevates the emotional intensity and adds a poetic layer to the film.

Prakash Raj and Tota Roy Chowdhury portray their characters very effectively, adding solid support to the narrative whenever they appear.

It’s possible that the last 15 minutes of the film , where Dhanush- as Air Force pilot fights Pakistan, the angle of Kriti Sanon’s character being pregnant, and a few other moments ,may feel over-the-top or hard to digest for some viewers. But even in those scenes, the drama and dialogues are so strong that in the end, they will still leave the audience satisfied.

Overall, Tere Ishk Mein is a sure-shot super hit, with the strong potential to become a BLOCKBUSTER. With its emotional depth, powerful storytelling, and extraordinary performances, the film is poised to make a massive mark at the box office. It is very likely to storm past ₹100 crore in its first week itself.
